Institutional Thesis

We're deliberately structure-agnostic. Depending on the opportunity, we may build and own a solution directly, incubate it into a standalone company, invest alongside an operator or partner, develop and license intellectual property, deploy a solution for a client, or use another structure suited to scaling it.

We shouldn't be read simply as a consultancy, venture studio, holding company, technology company or investment firm. Each may describe a mechanism we use, but none defines us.
